The Sons of Confederate Veterans, Camp 1860, Blue Ridge Rifles meets on the first Wednesday of each month at the Community House in Dahlonega at 7:30 pm. For more information, contact Tim Ragland, 706-864-1205.
I work at Gainesville’s Children’s Museum, Interactive Neighborhood for Kids, Inc. Our director, Sheri Hooper, wanted me to contact the Blue Ridge Rifles about seeing if you would like to visit our museum, maybe one Saturday after the first of the year, to talk to the kids and families about your history.
