Finally it is August and the temperatures are getting cooler. The nights in the North Georgia mountains are truely spectacular. There are so many things to do in Dahlonega. When you are done checking out some events, hang out on the square and enjoy the cool summer night.

Dahlonega Farmers Market
Hancock Park, Dahlonega • MAP IT! • 706-864-6133 The Dahlonega Farmer's Market is opening May 1st. It will be open every Saturday and Tuesday from 7:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. until October 30th at Hancock Park in downtown Dahlonega. Not only will you find locally grown fruits and vegetables but you can find some sweet and savory jams, jellies and other home-made items that will be for sale. |
